Want a free Media pass to Dublin’s attractions?

Will you be spending the weekend before the conference in Dublin.  Then this offer of a free Media Pass from ”Visit Dublin” may be a very good option.  
   If you are attending Radiodays Europe and are an accredited member of the press, you can apply for such a media pass by registering here.  The Media Pass entitles visiting media to complimentary visits to Dublin visitor attractions and bus tours providing guided tours around Dublin.  Each pass is valid for one week from date of issue – and allows a maximum of two persons complimentary admission.

Start exchanging direct messages with other participants 
at the RDE from Tuesday 18 March

Have you been at conferences with lots of interesting people you would like to meet, but no way of finding them in the crowd?  This year Radiodays Europe gives you the solution to this problem.  Download the Radiodays Europe App and you have the perfect tool to exchange direct messages to anyone else at RDE – before, under or after the event.

   We will mail you on Tuesday 18 March about where you can download  the app.  It will then be available for Android phones, and hopefully also for IOS (iPhones), depending on how much time Apple needs to certify our app.

   Other features in the app:
•    Conference programme (session details, speaker details and bios)
•    Your own personal planner (decide which sessions you want to attend and add them to your planner)
•    Keep up to date with the latest Tweets from Radiodays, and share your thoughts on the conference via Twitter from within the app

The Sound of Radiodays Europe

You know the logo of Radiodays Europe, but radio is about sound. So what does Radiodays Europe sound like? Wise Buddah, UK, is the producer of the new sound branding for this year´s Radiodays Europe in Dublin. You will hear it in sessions at the conference, but also in video and audio podcasts from Radiodays Europe. And in the special radio broadcast editions in Dublin during Radiodays.

Radiodays Europe – online and on-air

It is time for start warming up for a great conference.  #rde14 is the official hashtag and you find us on www.facebook.com/radiodayseurope.   Start exchanging your greetings there.
   On the RadiodaysEurope mobile app you can listen to two Irish channels devoted to Radiodays Europe – RTE Radio1 Extra and Radio Bang Bang!, which is Radiodays Europe Student Radio.
   From Radiodays Europe there will also be programmes broadcasted live from five different commercial channels in Ireland and two more programmes from Irish public broadcaster RTE.  Italian public broadcaster RAI will also be broadcasting live from RDE.
